Viviana was scheduled for an interview and was booked for the following day. She cancelled the interview last minute and the booking the following day leaving me with no one. I ended up calling out of work. I received a text message begging for second chance so I gave it to her. First day, went well. I decided to book her for 3 days the following week which she gladly accepted with the offer of a higher rate. She did not show up for the 2 days with a family emergency as a reason. The next book day, she cancelled at the last minute claiming another emergency. I had to call off work again with this last minute cancellation. She was open about her side business per her profile but never said anything about her family obligations. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you are ok with last minute cancellations as she is not reliable and she is inconsistent with her reasonings for her last minute cancellations.
