I've been working with children for the last ten years. I've worked in various places such as an after school program, a homeless shelter, a private school daycare, a non-profit, and a nanny agency. I also have worked as an elderly caregiver for a year and a half. I have an Associates degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. I love the arts and typically implement this into my daily and work life. What I love about nannying is getting to know each child and family personally. Providing safety, fun, adventure, movement, arts, and music. Every day with a child is an adventure and I'm always finding myself surprised at how much I genuinely enjoy being around each of them.
