With over three years of childcare experience in private residences and expertise in Montessori methods, I have developed a deep understanding of child development. Additionally, my role as a Leader at my church has allowed me to engage with children of all ages, teaching them valuable skills through the Pathfinder and Adventurer programs. Currently, I volunteer as a part-time teacher at my church, further enriching my experience in child development. I pride myself on my ability to connect with children and create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth. My approach is hands-on and engaging, whether through arts and crafts, imaginative play, or educational activities. I love organizing creative projects that spark imagination and curiosity, ensuring that each day is well-rounded and fulfilling for the child. One of my go-to activities includes creating puzzles and activities using supplies around the house that target fine and gross motor skills.
