Hi! My name is Abby, and I grew up here in Orange County with parents that are both teachers. I attended California State University, Fullerton where I graduated with a BS in Child and Adolescent Development. While in school I worked as a Special Needs Aid in the elementary school system. After I graduated, I worked for an Applied Behavioral Analysis company for 1 year. In ABA we practice positive reinforcement and behavior extinction. In January I started work at a Montessori preschool as a teacher. Due to the COVID pandemic, I was unfortunately laid off due to low enrollment at my school. I adore children of all ages and am looking for a long time position. I have my BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and have been previously been lifeguard certified and a swim instructor. My style of nannying involves positive reinforcement, lots of physical play, and child life Read more enrichment. In my personal life, I enjoy going to the beach, practicing yoga, and living a holistic lifestyle. I am also pursuing my yoga teacher certification! I am willing and able to easily adapt and learn your routines. I would love to be apart of your family!
