Hi! My name is Nat and I am the eldest of five children. I helped raise my siblings and I have also been babysitting friends' children since I was 15. I worked as a live-in nanny for a year at the beginning of the pandemic and really enjoyed that opportunity. I worked with Jovie summer 2023 and obtained CPR and babysitting courses through them. I have been working with one autistic kiddo since October 2023 and have absolutely loved this experience. I love cooking and will happily help meal prep, and I am able to do laundry and some house cleaning as well.

Nat connected with our 4-5 year old easily. They provided after school care for most of the last school year and proved attentive to our kiddo’s needs, whether for active play at a park or for chill time to decompress. Our kiddo can be rather talkative at times and, when overdone or overstimulated, can also refuse to talk. Nat was able to be flexible and match their communication style to the our kiddo’s needs. I appreciated how Nat would check in after watching our kiddo to share anything of note, such as the teacher mentioning anything at pickup or if our kiddo made a comment about something that happened at school. Nat also provided evening care about once a week and was able to get our kiddo to sleep, which is no small feat. It is clear that Nat loves children and is adept at noting their interests and meeting them where they’re at.
