Hi, My name is Kathleen. I am 57 years old. I have nine grown children and 5 grandchildren. I home schooled them for 15 years. I have taught Sunday School for 30 years. I always made what I taught interactive. Rather than just reading the Bible story and having them color a page, I made it a living history day. We would dress up to act out the story and snack would be period food/meals. Even playing with my grandchildren, I am always making it a teachable moment. I love children and the elderly. I put 150% into whatever I do. I love to bring joy and excitement to one's day. I love gardening, cooking, baking, and being outside. I discover what the children or elderly are interested in and plan activities around those interests. On my days off, I do what I am passionate about: helping people, whether it Read more is playing with my grand kids for the day so the parent's have some time off or helping my 92 year old mom or older friends that are recovering from accidents. I especially enjoy helping them get organized. I am looking forward to once again having a job I love. I have been with my current employer/family for 11 years. Four years ago the elderly man I was a personal assistant to died. His daughter hired me as her executive assistant. She has multiple businesses that I am an office manager for. Since Covid we no longer meet in the office where I had interaction with the staff and students. I loved bringing home baked goods to share and making the days special. Now it is just me and my computer working remotely - time for a job change.
