Hello everyone, A little about me… i have worked in the childcare industry for a little over 4 years now. I first fell in love with this field when I worked in a day care taking care of upwards of 15 children age ranging from 3 months thru 6 years. Although I loved it there, I decided I wanted to be able to do more with less kids; give more attention and a much more personalized plan of care. This is when I decided to try nannying, and I have loved it since. My first family had 4 older school aged kids. I provided all their care from getting all their meals and needs taken care of including school lunches, transportation, homework help, providing social and extra curricular activities and getting them to bed. This family has taught me so much! I have been with them since the twin girls were 5 months old. So I have loads of experience with feeding, diapers, sleep training, toddler led weaning type of feeding, and everything else you could think of with infants and toddlers. We loved play dates, park time, community walks, books, singing and dancing and pretend play. I also learned about helping children work thru emotions and behaviors. I believe in speaking with kindness, teaching by example, taking time to train, and always being able to adapt to what our days threw at us. I have found loads of toddler friendly nutritious meals, will help where I am needed and know the intricacies of how to help run a busy household. I love children.
