Hi, I’m Jordan! I grew up in the South Bay and recently graduated from UCLA. Currently, I am taking a gap year to study for the LSAT and apply to law school. I am excited to start nannying again and build my upon my 1 year of full-time nannying experience. I am passionate about taking care of children because of their innate creativity and curiosity. Due to my previous experience as a full-time nanny and 5 years of babysitting experience, I have numerous skills that would be beneficial to you and your family and have taken care of children ranging from the ages of 3-11 years old. My skills include preparing healthy meals and snacks, laundry, light housekeeping, pick up/drop off from school and outside activities, and homework help. I have experience with children who have ADHD, which has allowed me to develop inclusive and effective strategies for learning, specifically Read more regarding homework. In addition, I prioritize activities with the children I care for that are centered around nature, creativity, and engaging learning. I love going to the beach, the park, or just playing games in the yard. I also have 7 years of competitive swimming experience, so I am always more than happy to take the kids swimming and more than equipped to watch over them while doing so. I am very creative and enjoy doing fun arts and crafts with the children I take care of. I am extremely punctual, cleanly, detail-oriented, and have leadership experience from previous retail jobs that have made me an excellent communicator. Additionally, my work experience has allowed me to develop effective problem solving skills and has made me adaptable to any situation. Ultimately, I strive to create a nurturing, creative, and engaging environment for your children and family.
