Hello, I’m currently an Investment Manager within the Medical Real Estate Industry and have been quite successful, but, in recent months, I’ve decided to transition to follow my passion and write screenplays. I’ve always been told that the best way to find is a job is to have a job! So, I’m excited to have this opportunity and hopefully “manny” (man-nanny) for a great family. I’ve been in Los Angeles for a little over two years now, but grew up in Boston. Before starting my career in Investments, I spent my summers throughout college as a full-time manny for a family of three boys in Nantucket. Suggested by a friend nannying at the time, I was introduced to this family and worked for them for three years. I lived in their guest house, and I worked with them on their summer work, drove to summer camps, trained them in athletics Read more (as I was an athlete in high school), cooked meals, house-sat, fixed up the house as well (due to carpentry experience), and looked after their dog. I’m First-Aid certified, and figured I’d give this site a shot as I begin this transition in my career. Currently, I’m still employed at my Real Estate Investment firm in Century City, but my team is aware of my desire to depart. I’m more than happy to provide my resume, along with any certifications and/or recommendations from both prior employers, and the family I’ve worked with when it comes to childcare. Thanks!
