Hello! I'm Rachel and I am 26 years old. I began babysitting at age 10 taking care of large groups of children during PTA meetings and got my first official babysitting job at 13 caring for two children on date nights, but even before that I had multiple years of caring for children as my mother is a nanny. I helped her with children who were 3 months old to 4 years old as well as children who have autism and down syndrome. I have a younger brother who is 10 years old so I have babysat him as he's grown up along with some of his friends on multiple occasions, always babysitting on Friday and Saturday nights throughout high school. When I was 17 I moved to Paris to be a full time nanny or Au Pair for the year, I took care of a 6-year-old and 9-year-old every Read more day after school and on weekends, even bringing them on train rides to visit their grandparents. I made dinner, helped with bath time, and made sure they got to bed on time every evening. I additionally Au Paired for a family in Spain in 2018, caring for 3 boys ages 13, 10, and 8. Story time is my favorite and I always have games and arts and crafts up my sleeves and can help with homework and any other things the child/children need. I can speak Portuguese, French, and Spanish and have also taken babysitting courses at my local Parks and Recreation Department. Please email me if you have any questions!
