No call, no show. We hired Perla as back up care when our regular nanny was out sick. We messaged and then even chatted on the phone the night before, and everything seemed great. We were all confined. Then she never showed up. She didn’t call or text to let us know, and didn’t respond to our multiple calls and texts when we tried to get ahold of her.
