Hi my name is Talisa Angelina Kerrigan, I have multiple years of experience working with children. I am the oldest child of 4 kids I have raised them and I have also have been a full time nanny for two special needs children for 1 and half years . One child with cerebral palsy, as young as 10 years old, and a 5 year old with autism. I have taken a babysitting class for the city of Roseville which included a CPR certification! I would be happy and willing to care to be in classroom setting. this is my passion to help and assist with young autistic children. As my younger brother is diagnosed with autism who was raised with in my house hold . I learn to adapt to my environment and learn each child as they keep me on my toes. i am a quick learner with the skills to be a perfect and adequate BT. my second caregiver job was taking care of a 69 year old woman who was paraplegic, with major spinal cord injuries. i helped her walk, cook, i did her laundry, I cleaned her house everyday, helped her with pills. drover her to appointments like doctors and physical therapy.took her shopping and grocery shopping. i would pick up packages for her, water her plans. help her get in and out of the shower. get her dresses put her shoes on. i worked for her for a year. her name is pam montazeri! she is wonderful woman! i’m very athletic, very fit! i’ve played sports most of my life. i played soccer for 6 years. i played flag football in the summers as a kid growing up. i have played one season of basket ball for my church. i love supporting my friends in the gym and being a mentor/motivator to anyone and who ever :) love working as a team and having goals. learned a lot of communication playing sports over the years of my youth. i worked at laurel ruff transitional school for special needs teens & young adults!
