I have been a nanny for the last 35 years, I have worked with children of all ages. I grew up in a family of eight siblings, and love children. I studied early childhood development in my younger years, and I knew that either working in a Preschool or in a private home was what I wanted to do. I love teaching children new things and watching them learn and grow. I love to be creative with them helping them with art and crafts, and dramatic plays, singing with them, teaching them new songs and stories, going to the park, museums, library, water slides you name it I am happy to let them experience outings into the communities and into their world to let them create and be children. I like being able to cook with them and bake with them and teach them life skills that they can build Read more on and use as they grow. I’m a long-termNanny, my first family was seven years, then I worked for several families that were only a couple of years which was fine, the longer is really what I like. My next family I was with 18 years, and then to my most current family which just ended January 30th, has been 5 1/2. I am CPR and first aid trained, I have Trust line, and I keep myself current on what is important in relation to children and growing in this ever changing world. I have run a household and in my job with the family for 18 years? once all of the children were in school that was my primary job until the children were home from school, Each day was to run the household oversee gardeners, house cleaners, anyone working in the home, running errands, buying groceries, making meals, doing laundry, and simple household cleaning i.e., sweeping floors keeping things neat and tidy. I am a loving, caring, mature, woman who loves children and loves working with families. If you are interested please feel free to get in touch.
