I am a responsible and fun-loving caregiver with three years of experience working as a preschool teaching assistant with children aged 2-5 years old. I have also babysat for approximately three years for children ranging from 1-7 years old, many of whom attended the preschool where I taught. Additionally, I was a nanny for a 10-month-old baby for the summer, for a previous employer of the preschool I worked at, while concurrently working as a camp counselor at my college for children aged 6-12 years. I am First Aid and CPR certified, and have experience with children with special needs. I am clean, organized, a good cook, and am happy to assist in light household and cooking tasks. I went into teaching and childcare because I love children and have a passion for sharing education with the next generations, and I enjoy helping out families in the same way I Read more was helped as a child of a working single mother. I understand the courage it takes to entrust your child with someone, and want to provide a loving, safe, and developmentally stimulating environment that focuses on the best care for your child(ren). I look forward to meeting your family!
