I am a mother of 3 grown children. I have a BA and MS degree in child development and have worked with young children for over 30 years. I am currently employed part time working with infants up to 3 years old. I am creative, energetic, love projects and am a safe driver. Outdoor time is important- so parks, playgrounds, bike rides, or walks around the neighborhood are a part of my daily routine. I believe kids need to run, climb, dance, sing, be creative and get their energy out in healthy ways. Reading and quiet time are also important, so trips to the library are encouraged (when open again) as well as games, projects and focused time on tasks. Children are at their best when they know what to expect and are aware of the day's activities. I am really good at keeping kids engaged in a fun, caring Read more way. Most of all, I believe positive reinforcement, a great attitude and a bright smile will make every day better than the next!
