I'd like to begin by being 100% transparent ~ that's how I operate. I never considered being a nanny. I have decades of experience babysitting both in my home and others homes and working with children from kindergarten to college age (details on my resume). Something about the Carpinteria Nanny job post tugged at my heartstrings, and I was moved to apply. I recall needing a nanny when my kids were young and how difficult it was to find the right fit, one who spoke English, and was qualified. I'd love to be a grandmother some day, but for now I have a grand-dog, a 25 pound Labradoodle.
