Nanny for 5 month old

We are looking for a Nanny for our newborn son who we are hoping can be cared for in our home during business hours approximately 8am-5pm. We also have a medium size dog, (30lbs) who is very cuddly who does not need care but will likely follow you around the house hoping to be pet.
