Our child will be 8 months old when we are seeking nanny care. Mom works primarily from home in a separate room but will occasionally be involved throughout the day.

Our childcare philosophy: He's always learning, so we give good information (speak in full sentences, explain things accurately, etc). He takes emotional cues, so we maintain calm positivity.

Must have:
- Recent relevant references, experience with infants
- Submit to background check
- Non-smoker
- Flu, COVID, TDAP, etc shots up to date
- Safe car
- First aid training

Duties:
- Play, walks
- Feeding and cleanup (milk, purees, etc)
- Baths
- Naptime
