As of January 5th, their actual age will be 9 months, with a corrected age of 5 months. The full-time position is set to start on January 5, 2025, with hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST, Monday to Friday. If available immediately, the family is open to starting part-time and transitioning to full-time on January 5th.

Both parents work from home, with one parent in a designated office and the other in a living room nook. Dad plans to start going to the office at least two days a week in the new year 2025. The family is seeking a nanny who can confidently handle twins, preferably with experience in caring for preemies. Key responsibilities include bottle feeding (sideline positioned, with a transition as appropriate), diapering, supporting developmental activities like tummy time, introducing solids, and assisting with light tasks such as the children's laundry.

A competitive rate of $30-$35 per hour is offered, depending on experience. Additionally, the position offers benefits such as sick days, vacation, federal holidays, secured parking within the building. The family is also open to discussing a learning and healthcare stipend.
