Our daughter is 22-month-old, and we need some help especially with evening pickup from daycare, and weekend childcare, as one of us is typically away for work while the other occasionally work late hours into the evening. We want someone who is very patient and will be able to also play with and teach our daughter how to use her voice more, while learning some social skills.
