Full time nanny for infant boy

We have two kids. A five year old daughter and a 3 month old son. We also have a dog. We are searching for a nanny for our 3 month old son.
We would need the nanny to look after our infant son and his care needs during morning, afternoon and evening.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
