We have a new born baby boy and we want to have a nanny who can take care of him at least 4 days a week starting January when he is ~ 3 months old.
Overview: Full time, starting late early Jan
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5pm (~40 hours per week) with potential for additional hours (i.e. date night). We might have some flexibility on the number of days/hours.
Location: Redmond near Idylwood Park
Duration: Long term (1+ year)

Responsibilities:
- Infant care: feeding (combination of breast pumped milk and formula), diaper changes, bottle maintenance, putting down for naps, tummy time, baby laundry, restock baby drawer with cleaned clothes
- Engage in age-appropriate activities, toys, and books
- Regular communication with parents
- Keep nursery/house in "as found" condition
- Provide safe and nurturing environment
- Bath time as needed, cut nails
- Follow and log nap, wet and dirty diaper, and feeding schedule

What we are looking for:
- Patient, compassionate, caring, gentle with the baby
- Great experience with infants of similar age (at least two strong recent references. The more, the merrier)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date proof of vaccinations (COVID, FLU, TDAP)
- Clean background check
- Has own transportation to commute to/from family’s home, valid driver’s license, excellent driving record,
- Punctual and responsible
- Open to feedback
