Looking for a full time nanny for one year old boy in Springfield VA

We're a family of three living in Springfield, VA. My husband and I work full-time, on a hybrid schedule. Someone will always be home.
We need a fulltime nanny to look after our one-year old son. Responsibilities would include taking care of the baby, feeding, changing, playing with him, reading to him, and ensuring naptime schedule.
Nanny would be at our home 9am-5pm, Mondays-Thursdays.
