We are both small business owners, with varying schedules and we have 2 energetic toddlers and a new baby.

Need an extra set of hands for 2 toddlers since we just had another baby. You would get them food/snacks and take them to playgrounds, museums, play outside, read and do activities with them. Get them lunch and put them down for naps.

Schedule would be full time, generally weekdays 9-5 or similar. The occasional night or weekend if one of us is out of town or has an event. Salaried position 45hrs/week avg.
