My wife and I are looking for a live-in nanny to care for our two baby girls. We both work mostly at home full-time for the most part, but are often required to leave for a few hours a day for work. We are considering candidates who have experience with young children, are reliable, and have reputable references from previous families. An ideal candidate would be active, gentle, and kind. Our oldest goes to daycare for half of the day, then naps when she gets home. So we need someone who can get her dressed in the morning & prepare her meals, playtime after her nap and tidy after her/do her laundry

For our youngest, we just need care (feeding, diaper changes, baths, etc.). We also need her bottles and other things cleaned regularly & her laundry
We live in Leesburg. We're looking for someone who can either be available Monday through Saturday (leave saturday, back on sunday evening) or work every other Saturday/Sunday (week 1, work saturday & sunday, week 2 off Saturday & sunday, etc.)
