Care for two tweens and a dog

I have a 13 year old and 11 year old, as well as a very fluffy, friendly King Shepherd dog who loves walks. My older child is a fun and curious kid with ADHD/ anxiety. The younger one loves ballet and all things Taylor Swift.
At a minimum, I am looking for someone to drive the kids to camps / activities this summer and manage after-school care in the fall. Other responsibilities include care for the dog, laundry and some light housekeeping. Flexible hours. Open to full or part-time applicants.
