About Our Family
We are Ryan and Mason King, and we are looking for a kind, experienced, and reliable nanny to care for our two boys, Miles
(4) and Alden (2). The boys are best friends — they love playing together but, like most toddlers, they have their moments of not wanting to share!

Our Work Situation
• We live in Short Pump
• Mason works from home every day
• Ryan works from home some days and from the office other days

What We're Looking For
We need a nanny who:
• Has experience with toddlers (not just babies)
• Has a car and is comfortable installing and driving with car seats
• Can take the boys on adventures to places like the Children's Museum or a (fenced in) park
• Is reliable, energetic, and genuinely loves working with kids

Our Schedule and Flexibility
• Summer (May - August): Full-time care from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
every weekday (Monday-Friday)
• School Year (Late August - May): We need at least part-time care from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM each weekday, but we are willing to hire full-time for the right fit

Household Expectations
Light housework is appreciated but not required — examples include:
• Doing laundry
Washing dishes
• The priority is engaging with and caring for the boys - keeping them safe, happy, and active comes first!

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay: $20-$30 per hour based on experience and fit Generous time off, including early release days in the summer
Generous reimbursement for gas, tickets, meals, and activity costs (we always round up!)
We are experienced employers and handle payroll professionally
