Family in Haymarket, VA looking for a mature, experienced Nanny to care for their two children ages 4 and 1, full time for the next year or so. They four year old is in school half day and in the fall will be in school full time so a majority of the care is for their one year old. They put a big emphasis on needing someone who is engaging and interactive, who really understands development and milestones. They expect their nanny to solely focus on their children, someone who will talk to them all day to encourage vocabulary and utilizing lots of learning through play. Pay is based on experience and background in child development.
