Hello! We are a family of 4 with a 4.5 year old girl and a 3 year old boy! I am a physican and my husband has his own business. We have had au pairs for the past 3 years and now are looking to transition. As the kids have gotten older we need someone that has more experience with preschool aged kids, someone that can engage with them and also meet them where they are at emotionally.

we are looking for someone to come each morning to get kids ready for school, prep a quick breakfast and paxk lunch and take kids to school.

0600-0640: make breakfast (eggs, cereal, pancakes, oats), pack lunch and sometimes quick lunch prep (air fryer nuggets, quesadilla, pasta).
0640-715: get kids ready, give them breakfast
715-815: take kids to school and return home (takes about an hour)
&:15-9/930: tidy up kitchen, make kids beds, light laundry for kids only
