My husband and I have a 21 month old boy, Carter, who we need flexible weekday care for. He is super sweet and outgoing.
We need our sitter to watch Carter mainly. Take him for walks or to the local playground, make sure he stays safe, play with him and feed him lunch. He loves being outside. Light cleaning if possible during downtime but not a requirement. He struggles to nap (he normally naps around 1 pm for two hours) by himself, so we would have to figure out how to work around that.
My husband works from home on Wednesdays so we would not need care on that week day typically. I work retail, so my days off fluctuate weekly. We would need you at least 2-3 days a week (up to 4 possibly) but those days might change per week. You would know your schedule a month in advance tho. Weekends not needed.
