We have 4 kids, ages 2,4,6 and 8. My husband and I both work from home and switch off going into the office a few days a week.
We need someone who can come into our home and watch our two youngest kids while the older kids are at school. We will occasionally need after school care as well until we finish up with work around 4:00-4:30 after they get home. Once school is out, we will need someone who can watch all 4 kids and take them to do activities like swimming and going to the park, etc.
8:30-4:00, but flexible depending on the day.
