Hello! My wife, daughter, and I are moving to Charlottesville in January of 2025. We have an active and loving 2-year-old who loves to be outside, sing, and play make-believe.
We are looking for someone to provide normal nanny activities. We also have a gentle, medium-sized dog who needs to be let out and loves to go for walks :).
We would like our nanny to enjoy their work and hope to find someone for the long term. We need someone with flexibility as my wife and I both work long hours occasionally. We anticipate needing a nanny for 35-55 hours per week with ongoing schedule changes. We are happy to provide overtime, guaranteed 40-hour base pay, paid time off, and possible assistance with benefits if needed.
