Indian Family of four - me, wife and two kids (4 yo and almost 2 yo). we embrace cultural differences and would like our 2 yo to have a nanny while we both are off to work. 4 yo goes to montessori.
We expect the care giver to not only just care our daughter but also bring some teaching mentality and toilet training. We have all the toys / setup to enable the above - need someone to gel well and become a pseudo-family member.
