We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 21-month-old son. Parents work from home. We want to make sure our baby spends time with someone patient, caring, and who engages with him to hit developmental milestones.
Our current full-time nanny is going to decrease work to three days a week and we’re looking for someone the other two days. One of the days would be Monday and we could decide on the other day based on your schedule.
Ideal qualities: -Owns reliable mode of transportation and can arrive on time -Certified and current in infant CPR and First Aid -Up-to-date on and can show vaccination record for TDAP, Flu and Covid -Experience with infants and/or early childhood development -Is looking for a long-term arrangement -Passes Background check -Can provide resume and 3 professional references -Able to accommodate a fragrance free household (no perfume, laundry sprays etc.)
Compensation & Hours: 16 hours/week guaranteed - Hourly Rate of $15-$18/hr. (Experience dependent) - W-2 position (optional)
