Ashton is a 4 y/o girl with special needs. She was diagnosed with hypoxia and cerebral palsy at birth. She suffers from developmental delay in her speech and other learning disabilities. Nevertheless, she is very outgoing but requires extra help. Her mother is seeking a nanny who can help improve her daughter’s speech and other academic skills. Ashton also has two older school-aged siblings who live with her.
