Full time, long term nanny for twins

We have 17 month old twins and a 5 year old who is going into First grade. Mom and Dad both work from home.
Day to day care of the twins including feeding, napping, and playtime. Would like light house work, pick up after kids, dishes, kid’s laundry. Help with the 5 year plan of and do activities with her when she is home from school.
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 4p.m.
