We have 2 daughters, 4 year old and 8 weeks old. We have pets in the home too. Mom and Dad mostly work from home. 4 yo is home schooling and needs someone that has some comfort with special needs - neurodiverse kids, autism, adhd and sensory processing.

Need the nanny to care mostly for the 4 yo girl but sometimes for the infant too during work hours. Assist in preschool learning too but it needs to be play based and need to keep things really positive. Need to be able to drive, take the kid to parks, libraries, zoo etc. May also need to drive to kid camps.
