Nanny, 24/7 job on 3-4 days @ time. Looking for permanent fit.

I am in need of a permanent nanny that I can count on short notice to spend 3-4 days/nights (24/7), caring for my daughter who is on the spectrum, for pets, taking and picking my daughter up from school, making sure she gets to her weekly sporting events, handling the night routine, cooking etcetera.
Spending over nights with my daughter in addition to house sitting. I am definitely looking for a “permanent” fit to blend with our family.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
