My neighbor and I are in search of a nanny share between our two sons and potentially a third child. Our boys are 15 months and 13 months. My son, Myers has been in daycare since 8 weeks, is well socialized, loves to explore, plays like madman, and loves people. He is on a 1 nap a day schedule, sometimes needing a 1 hour nap in the mornings (we haven't fully dropped). We are intentional about fueling his body with healthy foods and we love to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
We need our nanny to have a passion for fostering children's growth and development and are looking for someone creative and imaginative who enjoy's the outdoors and is willing to create engaging and educational experiences that promote development and confidence. Open an honest communication with parents is of utmost importance. To have confidence that our nanny will treat our children with love and compassion is the number one priority.Preparing pre-made snacks and meals is required.
My neighbor and I live next door to each other off of Beauchamp and 380 in Princeton. We both work hybrid jobs and have flexibilities on some slash most days of the week with Tuesdays and Wednesdays (for me) having less flexibility as I report to the office. We would likely follow a set schedule and alternate between houses, for example spending Tuesdays and Wednesdays at my house and Mondays Thursdays Fridays next door.Mon-Friday 8:30-/9:00ish-4:00pm (Tues/Wed's might need our sitter by 8:00am.
