We are first-time parents to a 6-month-old baby girl and are seeking a nanny to join our family. Our parenting style is rooted in trust, communication, and collaboration. We believe in open communication (overcommunicating is encouraged!) and value both accountability and empathy in our approach to caregiving.

We are searching for an experienced & compassionate nanny who shares our values & can be an extension of our parenting style. Communication is key—we’d love updates before and after each session—and we trust you to make thoughtful decisions without needing constant direction, as long as agreed-upon guidelines are followed.
