joint family system: it’s my husband, I, our two daughters and their grandparents. My husband and I are full-time students and inlaws are not in very good health to take care of kids when we are not available. We need someone reliable to take care of kids. Grandparents would be home all the time. Our family is very warm and welcoming. We make sure everybody feels like at home when they are here.
Sitter has to take care of the 1 year old mostly. This includes diapering, feeding and playing with her. She is constantly seeking attention so the sitter would have to tend to that. She is a very happy and loving child. The older one (7 years old) would only need some attention while playing since she is pretty independent otherwise.
