I work from home and need someone to watch my two boys during the day. I have two big German shepherd dogs and we have plenty of space for the kids. They have their own playroom as well as outdoor playground.

I’d like the Nanny to have structure throughout the day and follow a schedule. I’d also like play time to be structured with activity centers where cleanup is required before moving onto the next activity. I’d like this person to do cleanup for all kid areas and like kid laundry or kid dishes. Plus, use sign language.

I will be breast-feeding my infant, so this person needs to be comfortable with me coming in and out of the room. My infant also is undergoing elimination communication to where we’re offering the potty so I’d like this person to be comfortable with offering the potty to my infant.
