We are a family of four with one dog a cat. I work in the medical field where “call” is required. My oldest daughter (19) will be my primary caregiver for my youngest daughter (6 months) but I am looking for someone a couple of days out of the week. Usually Tuesday or/and Thursdays.

My expectations for a Nanny would be to feed, change diapers, dress, interact, play, and able to lay the baby down for naps. Less screen time for the baby more human interaction.

I have rotating off days. One week Thursday and Friday then following week Monday and Tuesday.

My oldest daughter has classes on Tuesday and Thursdays. If it is a working day for myself I would need Nanny Care for the youngest daughter.
