We are looking for a loving and dependable nanny/mother’s helper for our sweet 1 year old son. My husband's work is hybrid and I work from home fully. This nanny/mother’s helper role will help our family tremendously towards alleviating some duties so that we can spend more intentional family time together.

About baby boy: He is a sweet cuddly baby that loves to giggle and explore.

Schedule: 2-4 days a week is needed; from 14-25 hours weekly. *Recurring time
Monday 11am-9pm (10 hours) *Recurring
Tuesday 10am-5pm (7 hours) *Recurring
and 1 additional day recurring: Wednesday 9am-2pm (5 hours) or Thursday 9am-2pm (5 hours)

Requirements:
-Feding, diaper changes, and wipe down/change of clothes,
-Light housekeeping while baby is playing independently and/or when baby is sleeping (wash/fold baby laundry/towels & sheets, wash bottles & dishes, load/unload dishwasher and tidy up common area)
-Able to walk up & down one flight of stairs while holding baby
-Able to lift up to 30lbs (baby is currently 18 lbs)
-Must be a non-smoker (due to allergy sensitivities)
-Smoke-free & pet-free home (due to allergy sensitivities)
-Must provide at least 2 references(prior nanny related or work)

Main duties:
-Reading 2 books a day
-Engaging in educational toys and activities
-Baby’s laundry, towels, bed sheets etc (fold and put in dresser)
-Changing diapers, restocking diapers and wipes when they get low in the changing stations
-Preparing bottle and food; feedings (baby led weaning and direct feedings)
-Cleaning up highchair, floor etc after feedings
-Sanitizing baby’s toys
-Tidying & organizing his play areas and in his room
-Doing his morning routine and night routine for him; putting him to nap and/or night sleep
-Baby clothing inventory/organizing clothing in his dresser (storing what doesn’t fit)
