Full-Time Caregiver for Newborn

We are seeking a full-time caregiver for our newborn, ideally long-term.
Responsibilities:
Care for our newborn (play, feed, hygiene)
Manage baby and parent laundry, dishes, and light cleaning
Requirements:
Infant care experience with references
Fluent in English, non-smoker, up-to-date on vaccines
Clean driving record, background check, and legal U.S. work status
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (40 hours/week, W-2)
10 days paid time off
Flexible live-in/live-out arrangement

- Sick care
- Driving the Kids
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
