ISO PT Nanny for help with toddler

I'm a widow, so it's just me and out almost 2 year old.I work from home and am the only one he has.
I work from home, so i need someone that can help me thru the day with my son so i can not be distracted.
I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have a 3 year old German Shepherd
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Toilet training
- Sick care
- Running errands
