We are a family of four—with an almost 2 year old boy and a 2 month baby girl. We have 2 friendly Pomeranians in home. Kids and pets are all generally well behaved. I’m a nurse working 12 hour shifts 2-3x weekly, and my husband is a stay at home dad at this time. FACT: My son is a Ms Rachel fanatic.

As my maternity leave closes to an end, we don’t want to send off our kids to a daycare. Since my husband is at home, we are looking for someone to share some responsibilities with our two kids to lessen the load on my husband. Someone to help with activities with the toddler or feeding the baby, vice versa.

We live in Richmond and would need someone to come to our home. As of now the schedule is not set but I’m needing a nanny 3x a week on the weekdays for 8 or so hours.
