Full time babysitter

We are a family of 2 moms, one baby, and two dogs. The dogs can be outside all day but do not bother at all if allowed inside. We are both educators.
Looking for someone to care, feed, and play with our baby while we are at work. Would love if the montesorri methods could be applied (we have the supplies)
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Multi-lingual
Speaks: Spanish, English
