Super sweet & fun family in Midway Hollow seeking a Nanny / Family Assistant to join their family for a long-term position. Mom needs a team player to assist in keeping the house running smoothly throughout their normal week and when Dad is busy with work or traveling for work. A team player with a parenting partner mindset is an absolute MUST. This family is a repeat client and they have a fun, outgoing and playful vibe to their home.
Their children are in daytime programs full-time, but they need a flexible nanny to work weekends and flexible hours throughout the week. The nanny would also need to be available to stay with the children 4-6+ times per year while the parents travel for 4-10 day stretches and travel with the family occasionally if the children tag along with them.
For weekday hours, they’d need support more so in the afternoon to assist with pick-ups and drop-offs from school and/or other activities as well as light tidying, laundry assistance, organizing, etc.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (11am-7pm) 16 hours, weekday hours are flexible for the right fit. Flexible on Guaranteed Hours between 25-40 hours for the right fit. Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, 3 sick days, open to discussion for the perfect fit
