We are new parents to a lovely little girl. We also have a little puggle, who is independent and usually sticks around with mom and/or dad. We are both going back to work soon and looking for help during the weekday mornings after/during her first nap.
Ella is a great sleeper at night. We do need help in the mornings, which are filled with calls/meetings. She is quickly re-learning her nap schedule and we plan to sleep train her when age/weight appropriate.
Mom works from home, Dad is occasional work from home.
